Any Occasion Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box strawberry jello
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. boiling water
    3 oz. lemon juice
    1/2 qt. cold water, chilled
    1 (2 liter) ginger ale, chilled
    1 large can pineapple juice, chilled
    1 pkg. strawberry Kool-Aid
Preparation
    Prepare the Kool-Aid.
    Pour into jello mold and freeze.
    Mix boiled water, jello and sugar together.
    Add lemon juice and mix well, until a syrup consistency.
    Set aside to cool, but do not refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, add cold water, ginger ale and pineapple juice.
    Mix well.
    Add frozen Kool-Aid.
    Makes 1 punch bowl full.
