Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. brisket
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    salt to taste
    celery salt to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    onion, chopped
    Worcestershire sauce
    Masterpiece mesquite barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Pour the liquid smoke over the brisket. Season with salt, celery salt and garlic salt. Cover with onions. Refrigerate overnight before cooking. Pour off liquid smoke and douse with Worcestershire sauce. Cover with foil and bake 4 to 5 hours at 275\u00b0. Uncover and pour on barbecue sauce (I use Masterpiece mesquite barbecue sauce). Bake for 1 hour. This is delicious!
