Baked Orange Lamb Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lamb leg steaks (1/2 inch thick)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 medium oranges, sliced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. dehydrated mint flakes
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Arrange lamb in a shallow baking dish; sprinkle with salt. Top with oranges.
    Blend together sugar, ginger, cloves, mint and butter.
    Pour over lamb.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
