Perfect Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 deep-dish pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. With wire whisk, beat pumpkin, Eagle Brand, eggs, spices and salt. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0. Continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool.
