Geneva'S Prairie Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 c. diced celery
1 c. regular rice
1 large can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 bay leaf
1 can red beans
1 can white Northern beans
1 can butter beans
1 c. sorghum
Preparation

Cook the sausage, garlic, onions and celery together until sausage is brown.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cook for at least 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
If you cook longer, you may need to add a small can of tomato sauce.
