Pavlova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    whipping cream
    fresh fruit such as bananas, strawberries, peaches (may also use drained mandarin oranges)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and beat until stiff again; add rest of ingredients.
    Put on baking sheet and cook in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After it has cooked and cooled, spread with whipped cream and garnish with fresh fruit.
    Chill and serve.
