24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. butter
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/4 c. diced maraschino cherries
    2 c. diced pineapple
    1/2 c. whipped cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. red grapes
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and vinegar.
    Cook slowly, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
    Add butter and salt; cool. Mix marshmallows and fruit.
    Whip the cream; fold in mixture and cooled dressing.
    Pour into dish.
    Chill 24 hours.
