Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecan halves
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until not stiff.
    Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Add pecans and stir well until pecans are completely coated.
    Spread nuts on a large baking sheet and bake at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove when dry and toasty.
    When cool, store in container.
