Pork Chop Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    apple rings
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in butter and remove from pan.
    Brown onion and celery in butter.
    Combine in bowl bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Add celery and onion.
    Place chops upright in loaf pan.
    Spoon dressing between chops.
    Skewer together.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Boil water and sugar.
    Drop in apple rings and simmer.
    Serve with chops.
