Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
5 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. baking powder
ice cream
Preparation

Cream 3/4 of sugar and egg yolks.
Whip whites of eggs and add remaining sugar.
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into egg yolks and sugar, which have been creamed.
Add hot water and stir. Fold in whites.
Bake in 14 x 15-inch pan, which has been lined with paper and greased.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 until it leaves sides of pan.
