Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. white Karo
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In top of double boiler, mix unbeaten egg whites, sugar, water and Karo; beat over boiling water with electric mixer for 7 minutes or until frosting stands in stiff peaks.
Remove from water; add vanilla.
Beat 1 minute.
Frost cake.
Garnish with coconut.
