Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. ketchup
    8 to 12 saltine crackers
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Mix beef, onion, ketchup, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper together.
    Shape into balls.
    Place in hot skillet; turn until brown.
    Cover meatballs with ketchup.
    Add water.
    Cover skillet; simmer for about 1 hour.
