Ingredients

1 egg white
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 pt. coffee ice cream
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
chocolate or caramel sauce
Preparation

For the crust of this pie, beat egg white with salt until stiff, but not dry.
Gradually beat in the sugar.
Fold in nuts and turn into a well-buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom and sides of the dish but not on the rim. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 12 minutes or until set.
Set aside to cool, then chill.
