Breakfast Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 c. shredded cooked potatoes or frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Mix potatoes, onion and green pepper together; fry in bacon drippings until crisp and browned.
    Mix eggs and milk with salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
    Top with cheese and bacon; cover.
    Cook slowly for about 10 minutes.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
