Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (8-1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. bananas, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix with a spoon.
    In a separate bowl, mix with a mixer the next 3 ingredients (eggs, oil and vanilla) then add to dry ingredients and mix with a
    spoon. Add other ingredients one at a time, mixing with a spoon.
    Batter will be thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
    Don't let it set over 15 minutes in pan after taking it out of the oven.
