Kraut Salad No. 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans kraut
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
Preparation

Drain kraut (save liquid).
Heat liquid to boil.
Add sugar, celery, onion, peppers and pimentos to liquid.
Pour mixture over kraut and store in refrigerator overnight.
Keeps well in glass jar with lid.
