Ranch Style Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Insert knitting needle or skewer through center of cucumber. Using sharp knife, slice by rotating cucumber until whole cucumber has been cut.
    Pull out skewer.
    You now have one long spiral for garnish.
