Beef Ball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small beef balls (use meat loaf mixture)
    6 small onions
    4 carrots, sliced
    6 small potatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Shape beef balls.
    Brown in hot fat. Arrange with vegetables and salt in 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
