Winter Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. cooked rice
    6 oz. bag frozen, cooked tiny shrimp
    1/3 c. dry wine
    dash of nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw and drain frozen shrimp and spinach. Stir cream cheese and milk over medium heat in large saucepan until cream cheese is melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until Velveeta cheese is melted.
