Chicken Paprikas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (15) chicken drummettes
1 Tbsp. paprika
3/4 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. oil
1 whole onion
1 clove garlic
Preparation

In large pot, saute chicken in oil until pinkness disappears. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
Add whole onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Saute about 5 minutes.
Cover with water for simmering and stir well.
As water cooks down, keep adding small amounts throughout cooking.
Add sour cream when chicken is almost done. Stir in sour cream slowly.
Let mixture cook over medium heat for another 15 to 20 minutes; stir often.
