Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 rounded Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    peeled apples
    milk and half and half or cream, mixed
    butter
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Put flour and 1/2 cup sugar in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix.
    Arrange peeled apples on this and cover with 1/2 cup sugar. Fill pan with mixture of milk and half and half or cream.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Start baking at 425\u00b0 until crust starts browning, then reduce to 350\u00b0 until apples are done and the liquid has thickened.
