Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 c. water
    1 carrot
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; add salt.
    Let set 1 hour and drain.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and water; boil this for 1 minute.
    Let cool.
    Add shredded carrot and green pepper.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Cool and freeze.
