Linguini And Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. clam juice
1/3 c. chopped parsley
black pepper to taste
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. canned minced clams
Preparation

In a saucepan, heat oil.
Add garlic and onion.
Cook until tender over moderate heat.
Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add clam juice and stir until thickened.
