Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 can cherries
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; beat until fluffy.
    Add vanilla; fluff again.
    In separate bowl, add boiling water to sugar and gelatine; whip with whisk.
    Add sugar mixture to cheese; slowly beat until smooth.
    Pour into crust; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Add cherries to top.
