Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream or more
    4 eggs
    4 c. self-rising flour
    yellow food coloring
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken well done.
    Take chicken out of broth.
    Cool. Tear chicken into strips.
    Mix cream, eggs and flour together. Knead well.
    Place on wax paper.
    Sprinkle dough with flour.
    Roll dough with dough roller.
    Cut into small squares.
    Have broth simmering.
    Drop about 8 or 9 drops of food coloring into broth. Place dough squares into broth.
    After dumplings are done, stir in chicken strips.
