Chocolate Candy Bar Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    5 1/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped chocolate covered candy bars
    3 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. (small boxes) jello chocolate flavor instant pudding
Preparation
    Mix cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Press firmly into bottom of pan.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of sugar in medium bowl until smooth.
    Gently stir in 1/2 of whipped topping.
    Spread evenly over crust.
    Sprinkle chopped candy bars over cream cheese layer.
    Pour milk into large bowl.
    Add pudding mixes.
    Beat with wire wisk 1 minute.
    Pour over candy bars.
    Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
    Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Top with additional candy bars.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 15 to 18 servings.
