Swiss Steak Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pieces Swiss steak (Loma Linda) in gravy
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 carrots, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. diced white potatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    flour to thicken or arrowroot
Preparation
    Break up Swiss steaks in 1-inch pieces.
    Saute onion slightly. Mix all ingredients together and put into pie shell.
    Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pie shell is done.
