Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sweet relish
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    7 boiled eggs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; after they cook, cool and peel off skin.
    Chop potatoes.
    Chop onion and green pepper.
    Chop eggs.
    Add all ingredients together.
    Depending on the size of the potatoes, more mayonnaise may need to be added or subtracted.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    This will feed about 12 people.
