Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    bread crumbs or finely crushed corn flakes
    2 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in bread crumbs or corn flakes.
    Fry in hot deep fat until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serves 4 to 6.
