Christmas Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. margarine
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cook sugar, milk and margarine to soft ball stage (236\u00b0), stirring often.
Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, marshmallows, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until chocolate is melted. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Score, cool and cut in squares.
Makes 5 1/2 dozen pieces.
