Lima Beans In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby lima beans
    3 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Drain.
    Cover with fresh water and cook until tender.
    Mix rest of ingredients adding sour cream last. One tablespoon molasses may be added.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for several days.
