Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cans tomatoes, crushed if desired
1 medium can Italian flavored paste
oregano
garlic powder or fresh clove
salt to taste
pepper to taste (hot if desired)
meat drippings (for extra flavor)
onion
Preparation

Brown onion and garlic in meat drippings.
Add paste; stir. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring mixture to boil. Lower heat.
Add more meat drippings, if needed.
Simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Can be placed in oven in pan for same amount of time at 350\u00b0.
