Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops in frying pan.
Remove; put aside.
Cook onion in small amount of water until soft (in same frying pan). Add soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until mixed. Simmer 40 to 60 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add chops just before ready to serve.
