Florentine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 lb. spinach leaves
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove, slivered
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and stem spinach.
    Slice mushrooms and combine with spinach.
    Chill. Combine remaining ingredients except eggs and chill.
    After 3 hours, remove garlic from dressing and pour over the salad and mix.
    Sprinkle eggs on top.
    Bacon bits may also be sprinkled on top.
