Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 20-oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (any combination)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Preparation

Cook vegetables as per instructions.
Combine soup, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and mix with vegetables.
Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Put mushrooms on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 6-8
