Lemon Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. defatted chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice (more if desired)
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 chopped green onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients to chicken broth, except rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Stir in 2 teaspoons parsley.
