Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

6 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
3/4 c. apricot preserves
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken.
Arrange pieces in single layer in baking dish.
Pour dressing over chicken so all sides are coated. Let stand all day or overnight in refrigerator.
Drain dressing in bowl and thoroughly mix with apricot preserves.
Brush (or spoon) mixture over each piece of chicken.
Bake, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until tender and glazed.
