Souffle Of Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 5.
