Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs at medium speed of an electric mixer until thick and lemon colored.
Add butter, sugar, coconut, flour and pineapple. Mix well.
