Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs beaten
    2 1/4 c. (No. 2 can) pineapple chunks and juice
    1 c. milk
    4 c. bread cubes
Preparation
    In a bowl cream together butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer. Fold in the remaining ingredients; and pour in a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
