Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarse ground (1 time through) lean pork (shoulder)
    1 Tbsp. coarse ground fennel
    2 crushed bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    3 cloves garlic, crushed (and yes you can put in too much garlic)
    1/8 to 2 tsp. hot dried red pepper flakes
    2 tsp. salt (to taste or diet, 1/3 sodium salt seems to do the trick)
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Stuff in casing or make patties.
