Artichoke Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 (6 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    mayonnaise
    mustard
Preparation
    Heat 2 1/2-inches oil. In a medium bowl, combine next 5 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine flour, cheese, baking powder, salt and garlic.
    Add dry ingredients to artichoke mixture. Mix well.
