Orange Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add salt, orange and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin and orange rind.
    Cool.
    Beat egg whites until thick.
    Add rest of sugar (1/2 cup).
    Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
    Cover with meringue.
