Marinated Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. fish of your choice
 
1/2 tsp. shredded lemon/lime peel
1/4 c. lemon/lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Fish/Chicken worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry or wine
1/2 tsp. christopher garlic
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme or rosemary
Preparation
- 
                            Combine juices, oil, sauces and herbs together. Pour over fish and allow to marinate. Bake as desired.
