Irish Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. creamed Irish potatoes, hot
1/2 c. liquid coffee
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. English walnuts
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix alternately with coffee. Add eggs, one at a time, then add raisins, nuts, etc.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes three layers.
Use your favorite chocolate frosting.
