Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (plus more for sprinkling on top)
1 egg
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper
16 stuffing shells
1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Cook shells according to directions.
Mix cheeses with egg and spices. Stuff shells with cheese mixture.
Lay in large baking dish. Heat spaghetti sauce, ground beef and mushrooms. Pour sauce over top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
