On The Wing - Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) bottle Louisiana hot sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. pressed garlic
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 1/2 lb. chicken wings, cut at joints (discard tips)
Preparation
    Mix first 6 of ingredients in medium bowl.
    Add chicken and toss to coat evenly.
    Heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in roasting pan in oven for 5 minutes.
    Add chicken and bake 40 minutes, turning wings after 20 minutes.
