Molded Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
3/4 c. hot water
1/8 c. vinegar
1/8 c. cold water
1 tsp. grated onion (mostly juice)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cucumber (press out liquid)

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add vinegar, cold water and onion.
Let partially set and then blend in mayonnaise, sour cream and grated cucumbers.
Place in ring mold to set.
