Gourmet Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. long grain wild rice
    1 large fryer, cooked and chopped
    6 green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. can water chestnuts
    8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    4 oz. jar sliced pimentos
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute onions in oleo; add soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Heat and stir until smooth.
    Gently fold in cooked rice, chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms and pimento.
    Spoon into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
