Heath Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 Hershey bars
Preparation
    Melt the butter and sugar in a heavy skillet until golden brown.
    Add the cream of tartar as you remove the carameled mixture from the stove.
    Pour on a flat-greased cookie sheet. Cover with the Hershey bars.
    Cool completely and cut into bars.
